f you are a BHPA CP rated paraglider pilot looking to convert to paramotoring then this is for you. We will adapt the paragliding skills you have to include the use of a power unit. We will cover all safety aspect’s, introduction to the paramotor, paramotor check lists, starting procedures and fuel, emergency procedures along with maintenance and repairs. Next on to Daily inspections, safe starting procedures including pre starting checks.
we will refresh your theory and focus on basic air law, principles of flight and aircraft general. This will include engine basics, forces on a powered aircraft in level flight and in turns. torque effects, propellors and effects of altitude, pressure, humidity and temperature, then onto navigation.
Now were ready to fly. We will practice lots of take offs and landings and flying in and out of circuit before sitting the cp power exam to finish off.
