Here at Mid Wales Paragliding Centre we are sure that you will be happy with the products you buy from us. We can be confident as we only sell top quality goods.
Orders
Goods are normally dispatched next working day (working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays). If we are unable to send out your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Payments
Payment will be taken when your goods are ready for shipping and VAT is included in all or prices. For certain out of stock items we have to order in, will require a non refundable 20% deposit in advance with the outstanding amount payable before shipping of your goods to you. You will be advised about this before any transaction takes place.
Delivery
We use 1st Class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery, interparcel and Parcel force.
Please note
All our services require a signature on receipt. Normally, delivery is 1-3 working days, but may take longer at peak times, as we are totally dependent on the Post Office and couriers. This means that you if you order on Monday you would normally receive it by Wednesday (Friday at the latest). If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
Non Delivery
Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our couriers. As a guide if you haven’t received your order within 3-4 days then please Contact us.
Returns
Goods can be returned for one of 2 reasons:
- Found to be faulty.
In the event of any product being found to be faulty within 7 days of receipt, we will replace with a new item, or refund your money (Your Choice). Outside of this 7 day period we will do the following: Within a year we will arrange repair or replacement of the item. Most of our products sold are under at least a full 1 yr. guarantee. - Goods not wanted. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the products you buy then we will refund you. We just ask that the goods are unused with original packaging, and that a refund is claimed within 7 days of purchase. By unused we mean that it still is as good as new. For example we wont refund a Radio that has been used for 2 weeks! (Why dont you just rent one!) But we will happily refund on anything unused. If we have to collect them from you (i.e. arrange a courier pickup) then we will deduct this from your refund. This charge will be at most £20. We will either credit you for something else, or refund the money (your choice). Any Postage costs accured by this will be deducted will not be refunded just the total price for the items.
Cancellations
If, for whatever reason, you want to cancel your order you can do this at any time as long as your goods haven’t been dispatched. You will not be charged for cancellations as long as they are done before the goods are dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched they will then have to be treated in the same way as goods not wanted (see above).
Guarantee
Most of our goods sold are covered by a guarantee, if you have a problem call us and we can discuss the best way to get it resolved. Usually that means sending it to us for repair / replacement. But it depends on the product and age. We have good relationships with our suppliers who all work to resolving quality issues.
So you can order from us without any worries. Remember, we are not just an on line store, you can phone us, and we will happily talk to you. We realise that our best marketing tool is happy customers.

Complaints:
In the event of you not receiving a adequate immediate response by phone- which we are sure you will- please write to us. We will endeavor to investigate all complaints within 5 working days.
